Located in the Abbot Kinney neighborhood of Venice. Well-known architects such as David Hertz, Steven Ehrlich, and Fred Fisher all have highly-regarded residential work nearby. The project was a design success by combining an inviting feeling, a clear modern aesthetic, and an overall design quality on par with the better architectural homes in Venice. We worked closely with the Developer, who has extensive experience in Venice, from early design through to completion.
