My Role: Project Architect under Hulett Jones, principle. Using Revit and the help of some talented junior staff, developed the design and planning permitting for 2 adjacent residential buildings, 2 units each, in a dense part of Russian Hill in San Francisco. Currently (2014/2015) in the Hearing process.
About the Project: 2 adjacent lots in Russian Hill, each is planned to include 2 residential units, 4 stories. The design process was very collaborative in the office, with ample time for design iterations, and input from most individuals in the small architectural office. Permit drawings, San Francisco Planning Submittal, and the Pricing Set, handled under my responsibility.
