About the Project: My first independent project just out of school, with complete responsibility for the design. With very high acquisition costs for an old tear down, the new construction needed to be not too expensive to build, while creating a pleasant, spacious and modern interior environment. As an early expert on 3D digital models, this extensively utilized in the design process. A big thank you to the Developer for the the trust and the opportunity. Project was a design success, and profitable. We were to continue doing several more projects together in the futre.
